William de Hoop

William de Hoop Scheffer

Head of Data Centers

William is the Head of Data Centers for Hanwha Energy USA, leading the company’s new vertical focused on large-scale energy solutions for data centers. He brings over 13 years of experience across oil and gas, power, utilities, and renewables. Committed to advancing the energy transition by accelerating investments, leveraging emerging digital technologies, applying best practices in asset management, and optimizing value through partnerships and joint ventures. Prior to joining Hanwha Data Centers, William held roles at Amazon, Salesforce, Wood Mackenzie, Accenture and Schlumberger. He received a Master of Business Management from Imperial College of London and a Master of Energy Science and Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Jonathan Anzulewicz

Jonathan Anzulewicz

Sr. Director, Data Center Transaction and Development Strategy
Jonathan is a seasoned data center professional with over 18 years of experience spanning the entire asset life cycle. Jonathan has previously filled roles of increasing responsibility with companies specializing in colocation, hyperscale development, energy, construction, and manufacturing. Through leadership and strategic planning, Jonathan has fostered growth and positive outcomes in dynamic, high-stakes environments. Jonathan received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance & Real Estate, graduating with honors from Colorado State University.
Drew Burke

Drew Burke

Sr. Director, Data Center Site Selection

As Senior Director of Data Center Project Development, Drew leads the site selection
team, while directly originating and negotiating land acquisition opportunities and counterparty engagement. Drew brings 20+ years of experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors in commercial leadership roles, with a focus on power markets, renewable energy development, and structuring complex infrastructure partnerships and transactions. Most recently, he led greenfield development of utility-scale solar and storage projects in Texas, advancing a multi-gigawatt pipeline. He previously spent 18 years at Shell plc, where he held roles primarily in renewable energy development, along with earlier experience in refining and fuels marketing. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corps and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and holds an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Ambieca Saha

Ambieca Saha

Director, Data Center Project Development

Ambieca is the Director of Data Center Project Development at Hanwha Data Centers. She is leading the acquisition and development of sites across the country with hundreds of megawatts of power, enabling expedited construction and operation while awaiting utility interconnection. Previously, she delivered mission-critical data center sites for Microsoft’s CO+I in AMERS East and Midwest and worked in commercial real estate. She received a Master in Real Estate from Harvard.

John Temple

Director, Data Center Engineering & Permitting

As Director of Data Center Engineering and Permitting at Hanwha Data Centers, John brings technical expertise in site feasibility, due diligence, and infrastructure optimization. Previously a civil engineer at AWS, he has managed complex data center projects from conceptual planning to delivery, accelerating timelines and maximizing capacity. As a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, he is committed to raising engineering standards and driving efficiency in large-scale developments. Passionate about innovative infrastructure solutions, he continuously seeks new challenges to advance data center engineering. John graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, with a focus on land development.

Prabhav Dhoj Shah

Prabhav Dhoj Shah

Director, Data Center Engineering
Prabhav Dhoj Shah is the Director of Engineering at Hanwha Data Centers, leading the technical development of power infrastructure that delivers reliable, scalable energy capabilities for large-scale data centers. He brings over two decades of experience in power systems, grid interconnection, and engineering leadership across electric utilities and a broad range of generation assets, including nuclear, fossil, and renewable energy. Prior to joining Hanwha, Prabhav held various leadership roles in Engineering, Strategy and PMO groups at Exelon, Washington Gas, Standard Solar and Entergy Nuclear. Prabhav holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Manhattan College.

Director, APAC Data Center Strategy
At Hanwha Data Centers, Jake is Director of APAC Data Center Strategy, responsible for originating and advancing data center business opportunities across APAC, including Korea. His scope covers both conventional and next-generation data center formats, from land-based developments to floating data centers, with an emphasis on scalable growth and long-term strategic value. He has more than 11 years of experience spanning renewable energy, energy retail, and digital infrastructure business development, primarily across the U.S. and Australia. He is passionate about shaping a better tomorrow by building trusted, enduring partnerships in a fast-changing energy and infrastructure environment. Before joining Hanwha Data Centers, he worked at Hanwha Solutions, Hanwha Energy Australia, Hanwha Energy HQ, and SK Innovation. He studied Business Administration and Economics at Korea University and holds the U.S. Certified Public Accountant qualification.

Sr. Manager, Data Center Permitting

Erin is the Senior Manager of Permitting at Hanwha Data Centers, bringing 20 years of experience leading permitting and environmental compliance and approvals for complex infrastructure projects. With deep expertise in land use and regulatory strategy, she supports projects from early-stage development through construction. She leads permitting and environmental regulatory processes for the data centers team to advance projects responsibly. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Colby College and a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Sr. Manager, Data Center Energy Solutions

Within the Engineering and Permitting team at Hanwha Data Centers, Katie is a Senior Manager for Data Center Energy Solutions, bridging utilities, energy resources, and technology to secure the power story for each project. She brings nearly a decade of experience in energy development, generation, and procurement. Passionate about innovative technology and working with diverse stakeholders to navigate the evolving energy landscape and deliver holistic energy solutions. Prior to joining Hanwha Data Centers, Katie held roles within bp, Ørsted, and DNV-GL. She received a Masters of Science in Geological Sciences from University of Delaware with a concentration in Geophysics.

Nathan Eubanks

Sr. Manager, Data Center Site Selection

Nathan is a Senior Manager of Site Selection at Hanwha Data Centers where he is engaged in site feasibility analysis, contract negotiations, transaction execution, and supporting cross-functional due diligence efforts across both internal and external teams. With over 12 years of energy industry experience focused on strategic A&D efforts spanning oil and gas and renewable project development, he is focused on delivering new data center capacity despite today’s existing energy and critical infrastructure constraints. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Ryan Kubota is a Senior Program Manager of Strategy at Hanwha Data Centers, leading strategic initiatives that support the execution of large scale data center programs. With more than 16 years of experience in operations, infrastructure, and complex technical environments, he focuses on financial data governance, budget forecasting, and project benchmarking to drive transparency and informed decision making across multibillion dollar portfolios. Previously, Ryan supported Google’s data center organization, where he led financial operations and developed scalable reporting frameworks that improved visibility across cost, risk, and schedule. He is recognized for building strong cross-functional partnerships and delivering data driven solutions in high impact environments.
Anne Lee

Manager, Data Center Project Development

Anne brings over 15 years of global business expertise and 8 years in large-scale commercial real estate development to Hanwha Data Centers as a Data Center Project Development Manager. A seasoned leader, she has built a full-service brokerage from the ground up and served as the principal negotiator for major industrial land acquisitions and complex development transactions.

Her professional background also includes tenure as a Project Director in Seoul—Anne specializes in driving strategic expansion through cross-cultural/functional communication and disciplined project execution. She is currently an Executive MBA candidate at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin (Class of 2027).

Justin Yoon

Justin Yoon

Manager, Data Center Site Selection

At Hanwha Data Centers, Justin leads site selection and development of large scale data
center campuses, focusing on integrating land, power, and infrastructure to deliver scalable, hyperscale ready capacity. Justin brings experience in renewable energy and large-scale energy infrastructure strategy, particularly across utility-scale solar and battery storage. His work spans site acquisition, interconnection strategy, and commercial structuring to support long-term capacity growth. Prior to Hanwha, Justin worked at Hana Securities, supporting global equity offerings in the Korean financial market. He also served two years in the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University, with a concentration in Health Business Innovation.
